TriWorth Solutions is pleased to have Matt Gorsuch as Business Development Manager for TriWorth Solution based in Dallas, TX. Matt has been building long term business relationships for fifteen years, working in an array of industries from telecommunications to the childcare industry, and now most importantly, the staffing industry. Whether he is in a small classroom of children or cementing a contract with a Fortune 500 company, his business development experience has given him the relationship building skills necessary to the staffing business.

Today, his experience in building long term, trust based relationships makes Matt a natural in the Staffing industry. Matt has been an Executive Recruiter in the Dallas marketplace over the past three years. Matt is known in the staffing sector for identifying those “hard to find individuals” with a unique skill set, matching the needs of the client. He has forged relationships spanning many sectors in the business community. Some of these industries include; Healthcare, Energy, Real Estate, Professional Services, Manufacturing, and Retail.

Matt grew up in Aspen, Colorado and moved to Chicago in 1996. He is a ninth generation Chicagoan who, after a brief stint in his family’s bar business’s, started his career in business development. He moved to Dallas three years ago. He enjoys spending time with his family which includes his wife Leigh, three year old son Payton and seven month old daughter Sienna. Matt is also an avid skier and hockey player. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in Communications.
