Meet the members of our management team

Matthew Perry - Director of Research: Chicago Hub

Matt is Director of Research for our Chicago based Research Hub. Not only is he a talented recruiter with the ability to find a needle in a haystack, he is an excellent trainer and integral part of our team. He currently leads the execution of senior level single searches and our top RPO projects while managing our research team in Chicago consisting of upwards of ten researchers. He can lay claim for launching the careers of many other Researchers within our firm and the two others he had previously work for.

Previous to TriWorth Solutions, Matt was Vice President of Recruiting and Operations for Strategic Food Partners a boutique retained executive search firm executing retained search in the food, flavor and ingredient industries. Previously he was a Principal for JobPlex, an affiliate of DHR International. During this time, Matthew led single search, enterprise projects, and onsite recruiting projects for national clients.

Matt's search experience focuses on serving clients in the high technology, professional services, outsourcing, consumer packaging goods, food service, healthcare, and financial services.

Matt graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Communications.

Kevin Armstrong - Director of Research: Denver Hub

Kevin is Director of Research for our Denver based Research Hub. The ultimate team player, Kevin is integral to many of our key clients and has the ability to guide difficult searches to closure. He currently leads the execution of senior level single searches and is involved with RPO projects while managing our research team in Denver consisting of upwards of five researchers. Most importantly, Kevin is our go-to IT guy.

Kevin’s search experience focuses on serving clients in the high technology, professional services outsourcing, energy, manufacturing, and financial services.

Kevin is a graduate of University of Colorado with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Accounting.
